Knowing how competitive the market is, my husband and I wanted a Realtor® who would dedicate their time to us. Michelle impressed us with her experience and knowledge. We were looking for a single family home but were undecided on the area. As a native San Franciscan, Michelle knows the city extremely well and has a lot of useful information to share. We probably saw close to 50 homes with her (and my 4-year old son) all over the city. It felt like everywhere we went, someone knew her. We put an offer on a house within our first week of being in the city and although we lost that bid (by a hair) I feel Michelle gave us solid advice and never pushed us outside of our comfort zone. She knows the process and guided us through it skillfully and calmly. We tested Michelle with all sorts of fact patterns - fixer-uppers, places outside our price range, probate houses, too-small, too large, and whatever it was, she patiently took us through our options, and guided us through the variables. She also introduced us to contacts for financing options as well as a contractor and architect. Hers is certainly a full-service operation. At crunch time, she also walked us through the comps and was generally spot on on the ultimate sale price of homes that we'd considered. Ultimately, we found a home in Noe Valley. Even though the deal is done, Michelle still offers her resources and has helped us find a gardener, a handy man, and even suggested fun restaurants. Overall, she is diligent, patient, and well known and liked in the Realtor® community. Through it all, Michelle showed a sense of grace and integrity that is invaluable in this competitive market."

The final product was amazing and in preparation to sell the house Michelle also arranged all of the cleaning and staging. The sales process was absolutely seamless and Michelle provided all of the marketing with high end photography, drone video footage and social media outreach.
